I've previously had a mc in January but it was earlier at 5 weeks and there wasn't much to pass. Also had a self resolving ectopic also around 5 weeks. I'm worried about blood loss and pain. Have a child already so is it going to be labour pains? I should say I'm around 8 weeks and have been having period like bleeding for 2 days. Have been monitored throughout this pregnancy due to history and have spotted since day one. I always felt like I was going to loose it just sad it's dragged out this long.
