Hi, I found out I was pregnant and conception indicator said 1-2 weeks. I started bleeding (bright red), went to A&E and confirmed pregnancy with hcg at 680. Was transferred to early preg unit, who did a us and blood test. Hcg showed 307 and us didn't show anything. 3 days later I stopped bleeding and had another blood test and it was back up to 401! Anyone got any ideas what's going on? Not bleeding and in no pain so doctor wants to wait a week for more bloods. People have said invisible twin syndrome or ectopic pregnancy. Very confused first timer!
