Hi girls, I need some advice.... I have been off the pill for 4months, I was a week late and did 2 x digital tests both said pregnant 1-2weeks. I have felt sick, not been able to eat my favorite fatty foods, sore boobs etc and was adamant I was pregnant now 2 weeks later I woke up with a sharp pain in my bottom and I ache in the middle of my back(under my shoulder blades). I did another test as soon as I got up which said not pregnant, then had spotting. Does anyone know if it was just a late period or a miscarriage? I am laying down but my back has a very strange deep pain?
