Psychologist appointment after tfmr

Anyone know what to expect at a phycologist appointment after a termination for medical reasons? I have one soon that the midwife who delivered my baby booked but am unsure what to expect.

I don't have experience of this situation but I am a psychologist. I would think the appointment is to try and prevent you from developing difficulties in the future and so will involve talking about how you feel at the moment, what concerns you might have and preparing you for thoughts and feelings that you may experience in the future and what to do.

Hope it is helpful for you but you don't have to see anyone if you don't want to.
