Confused about a miscarriage, help?

Hi all, I'm really confused and feeling completely heartbroken so looking for some advice. It's a bit of a long one so thank you if you stick it out!

I got my bfp last Thursday - a faint line on a cheapie then a solid line on a frer and then a 1-2 weeks on a clear blue digital. I had all sorts of symptoms, food aversion, insomnia, heavy feeling in my pelvis, sheer bloody exhaustion and my boobs rapidly expanding and really hurting like hell.

On Sunday my appetite came back although in still only managing eating small amounts and most of the other symptoms disappeared besides the boobs. I did my second frer on Monday and got a really faint line but didn't use fmu. Did my second CB digi yesterday with fmu and got a 1-2 weeks again when I should be 2-3 weeks. And then did a cheapie this morning as my boobs are barely hurting at all. There is a very faint almost invisible line.

After all this I went to the doctors this morning. Told her the info above she concluded I've had a miscarriage and will get my period any day now. She didn't do any tests at all. I pushed to have my bloods taken and had them drawn today and will have them again on Monday. With the comparison results available next Wednesday.

I've spent most of the day in a heartbroken state this was my first pregnancy. But now I am just confused. How can she know it was a miscarriage without testing me? I'm trying so hard not to cling to straws but with no bleeding and until my blood results are back I've no closure. If anyone has any ideas or advice or even stories that might help either way I'd really appreciate the support!
