(Medically managed) miscarriage 4 days ago - I'm still feeling a bit strange but getting better each day. I'm not sure how long I should leave it before exercising though? I'm a hugely keen cyclist - it's my way of clearing my head - and I'm feeling awful not being able to do 'something'! Even going for a run as I'm still spotting slightly would be awesome.
I haven't really been able to get a sensible answer out of anyone medical :-/
I obviously don't want to make myself worse, or prolong recovery, but I am bouncing off the walls at the moment. My Mum died a few years ago and cycling was the only thing that kept me sane!
Any advice would be awesome, thank you xx
