dr shehata and pregnant

Hi, I've had two consecutive missed miscarriages and booked an appointment to See Dr Shehata. The wait was two months and in the mean time I find myself pregnant again. My appointment is in two days and I wondered if anyone had any experience with him testing for NK cells if already pregnant? Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks.
