I sarted testing positive around 3 weeks ago, last weekI went to see a doctor after I started bleeding red.
I was sent home after they took a negative urine test and told I was miscarrying

I had no scan or blood work done and I'm still getting faint positives (I didn't get dark positives with my first )

I'm sorry. I didn't want to read and run but I don't really know the answer myself. I think pregnancy hormones take a while to disappear completely, so you might still get a weakly positive result for a few days after.Flowers

Agree with above, really sorry to hear this but the hormone doesn't disappear straight away. Flowers

Thank you for replying
It's hard not knowing what's happening 100%, I thought a miscarriage would be more than 3/4 days of light but red bleeding

Maybe give it a few days and do a re-test? I think if you miscarry before about 6 weeks, it's not much different from a normal period. In fact, a lot of early miscarriages are undiagnosed and the woman just thinks her period is a bit later than usual. Sorry to possibly be the bearer of bad news.

My tests did go completely negative a few days after this post.
Now 4 weeks on I've tested positive again so fingers crossed

I think a mc at 7 weeks can be fairly light.

I had positive test for 6 weeks after my 22 week loss and a good few weeks after my 14 week loss.

However, light beedling a 7 weeks can be normal, my midwife told me is can be placental development and it embedding in the uterus
