Think having second miscarriage.

Feeling really lost at the moment. I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks , baby stopped growing at 7 weeks last Nov. I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant and I started spotting lunchtime today, bright red with like period pains. Its now not stopped but more a brownish colour.
I called the on call midwife who was really unhelpful and basically said wait till Tuesday. Part of me knows its not good news and just waiting for it all to happened again.
Anyone had two and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? Kinda feel like losing hope

yup, I had a missed miscarriage with the same timings as you, followed by a miscarriage at 6 weeks. My third pregnancy resulted in healthy DS who is 8 months old now.
