'm 7.5 weeks pregnant. Last Saturday I had some light spotting followed by heavy bleeding on Sunday evening. I have been using pads which I have needed to change twice a day (ish). My boobs were really sore but they are not any longer. I have been passing clots, but not massive ones as described by other people. I had awful cramps on Sunday evening but not that bad since. Does this sound like a miscarriage? Realistically I'm pretty sure it is but I can't help clinging onto a little bit of hope!
