Hi I'm worried I'm having a miscarriage. Had a miscarriage in my last pregnancy. Im currently 4 weeks pregnant. I haven't started bleeding but I keep getting achy pains in my stomach, don't know how I'm going to get to 12 weeks never mind 9. Having the miscarriage has taken all the magic out of pregnancy for me. But Not cramping just achy. Yesterday I had a couple of spots of blood but that's all. Did anyone else feel like that ?
