I think I'm having a Chemical pregnancy/miscarriage. Do I need to do anything?

Hi, I was late for my period this month by three days, I got a bfp at 13 dpo which was very light, however this morning I'm bleeding pretty heavily, slightly heavier than a normal period with bad cramping. I know I won't be pregnant any more (I'm getting bfn now), but I've never been in this situation before. Do I need to go to the doctors or anything? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm just not sure what to do now.. Thanks

Hi, sorry to hear that. You don't need to go to the doctor if the bleeding isn't much worse than a normal period. If it goes on for much longer than normal you might want to get it checked out. How are you generally now? I guess your cycle might be a bit disrupted next month too.

If I were you I'd do a pregnancy test in a few days time just to be sure it's not ongoing

Hope you're OK?
