Iim hoping you ladies can help me.
I already have a three year old son.
But just over a year ago I had an ectopic pregnancy, no tubes were removed thankfully and the methotrexate injection was used.
Nearly a year of trying to conceive again I fell pregnant in August, I went for an early scan last Monday and everything seemed to be well although the sonogropher could not find a heart beat but said this was because it was still too early as I was only measuring 5weeks, so I was booked in for another scan in a weeks time. (Today)
Saturday morning I started to bleed bright red fresh blood and passed some small clots (sorry tmi) I went to A&E and the docs said my cervix was closed so I wasn't having a miscarriage or actively bleeding (I was). So I was sent home and had to wait for today's scan. Today's scan showed that there was no heartbeat and I am having a missed miscarriage, I've opted for the D and C which is on Wednesday.
Getting to the point... I am just so confused,angry, hurt, frustrated and all of the above! Has anyone else experienced the same? Had a healthy normal pregnancy and then struggled years down the line.
