What's happening to my body?
Hi there.
I'm so confused at the moment and I think my body is also.
Basically 2nd July at 12 week scan found out baby had stopped growing at 9w4d. I waited 2 weeks to see if it would happen naturally but nothing happened at all so July 18th I had medical management. I passed everything I needed to in hospital and the following week typically i continued to bleed heavily and passed more "fleshy bits". The bleeding tapered off to spotting and Two weeks after going to hospital I went on holiday and I stopped bleeding for 3/days then I started spotting again. Only ever needing a panty liner and never filling it. I did a hpt at 4 weeks and it was negative (or at least it looked it to me but I didn't examine it so I guess it could have been very very faint but from a distance it looked neg) I've continued to spot till last weekend (6th week) and decided to do another hpt just out of curiosity and it was Extremely faint but def something there. The following day I started bleeding heavily lots of clots and big gushes of blood. Rang hospital and they think this was my period and although I had terrible tummy cramps and an upset tummy was starting to feel positive about looking forward to the future.
The bleeding stopped 2 days ago an I've had no spotting since and so decided to do another test this morning and it's still very VERY very faintly positive and ironically it's so not wanted to see because now I dunno what the hell is going on! I was hoping it was the clear out my body needed!
If I had not had the massive bleed I would speculate pregnancy as I've been off food this week and achy back etc but these are all things I've put down to af. Now I wonder if it was af at all!
Any advice would be great!

Take another test OP and see your GP? It was a long time before I came on my 'real period' and was negative test wise so could be that.
