Hi everyone,

I hope it's ok for me to post here. I'm going through a bit of a scare. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have been having morning sickness, sore boobs and dull aches/twinges since I found out. Today I went to the loo and when I wiped there was one spot of blood and then some brownish mucus (I think it red but not very dark). I know this isn't too worrying on its own, but I can't tell whether the mild sensation I have in my womb is cramping or not. I have short cycles, so this is when my period would be due if I weren't pregnant. I've got an appointment for a scan at the EPAC tomorrow. Is it a good sign that I just had one spot and nothing in the few hours since? I'm driving myself mad trying to work out if I feel less sick than yesterday or if my boobs feel less sore :-(

Hi

I read your thread and noticed that no one had replied. I really hope that everything was OK when you had the scan?

I suffered a mmc at 10 weeks (lost at 6) I was devastated but there is light for us all I am curently on week 5 of my second pregnancy and fingers crossed all is ok.

I hope you had the happy ending that I hoped for when I went for that scan!

If not I hope you have been kind to yourself xxx

I hope you are okay too OP. For some people spotting is normal, for my friend it completely was. For myself it was very not normal.
