Hi all,
I had medical management for a mmc on weds at 12w pregnant (foetus measuring 9/10w). The worst was over within a few hours but I'm still having intermittent pain and bleeding, which I've been told to expect for a couple of weeks.
I exercised before and throughout pregnancy, and have been taking long walks most days since miscarrying, but wondered when others felt ok to start exercising again and if any particular type of exercise helped? I'm well aware this is probably a coping mechanism, but I'm keen to get a hold on my health and fitness again, and to be honest give myself something to focus on, if that makes sense.
