Really light periods after miscarriage

Hi, I had a missed miscarriage in February and had to have 2 D&Cs in the end. I have had 4 periods since and they have all lasted only 1 day. I've also had far more PMS symptoms than I've ever had before like really sore boobs. Feels like my hormones are all over the place.
Has anyone else experienced this? It's like my body has completely changed. Have been ttc but with no luck so far. We seemed to get pregnant really quickly with our dd and lost pregnancy too.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar experience? Any advice? Thanks so much.

I think you should speak to your GP. I wouldn't be at all surprised that your periods were different (either heavier or lighter) for the first cycle or two, but if it persists it needs checking out. I'd be wanting a scan to look at lining thickness and check for adhesions etc, particularly if there were issues with the surgeries.
