pain in the lower right abdomen

Hi Mums

I had a natural miscarriage two weeks ago . I was four weeks . Two days after the miscarriage (bleeding had stopped) i suddenly had this pains in the lower right abdomen (Pelvic pain) and back. I went for a scan and it was confirmed that my uterus was clear. Has any anyone experienced any sort of discomfort after a miscarriage and is it something i should worry about? Am scared to get bad news after loosing a baby that i had wanted for so long. I manage the pains without any painkillers....

Hi Latiifa, I vaguely remember having a few pains but I'm not sure if I was just more aware of my body at that point?
Definitely contact your doctor again if you're worried though, pain could be for many reasons and could be a different reason for each person.
Sorry you had a miscarriage though.
