Juicing Fast for Successful Pregnancy

Hello everyone :-)
So here is my story - following an ectopic pregnancy in November 2013, a chemical pregnancy in September 2014 and a natural miscarriage in February 2015, I am so close to giving up on my dreams of becoming a Mother :-( However, I desperately want to have a baby! I feel that my clock is ticking, although I am only 30 years old, however, it doesn't help that every single person I know has children except for me. Following a lot of soul-searching, the loss of my job and the fact that I now have a lot of time on my hands to think and feel sorry for myself (!), I have been doing my research and have decided to embark on a juice fast/cleanse. I watched the movie "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and something inside me has changed. I am currently over 57 pounds overweight and am wondering whether my pregnancy losses may be due to the unhealthy state of my body. I have read up on success stories in relation to women who have begun "juicing" and have completely reversed their infertility! Though it comforts me that I am not infertile as I have fallen pregnant 3 times, I am pretty sure that something is not right "down there" and want to try natural healing methods to ensure a successful pregnancy in the future before resorting to any "pills" that my doctor wants to put me on to regulate any hormone deficiencies.
I have today bought a juicer and am 100% ready to start on this journey and am so so so desperate to become a mother! As my username suggests, I really do have baby fever! Any ladies out there who want to start this journey with me? Perhaps we could motivate and encourage each other? I am so motivated right now! So here goes, Thursday 5th March 2015, my current weight is 203 pounds (OMG how did I manage to get to this stage!!!) I am really hoping I can drastically change things with juicing - Joe Cross is my inspiration! I am also thinking of trying Vitex to regulate my cycles as they have been getting longer and longer and one month last year, I randomly had 2 periods! Ladies encouragement and support please! :-)

Hi BF you are v welcome to come and join the recurrent miscarriage threads (just about to move on to a new one)
Have you had standard testing for recurrent miscarriage? I admit I opened your thread expecting it to say all the ladies on here needed to do to succeed was drink your special patent-pending juice, but since you are just trying to maximise your own health I will just wish you luck!

there is no evidence at all that mushing up food does you any good, and it certainly won't affect fertility.

there is ABSOLUTELY no evidence that 'cleanse' or 'detox' do anything. You have a liver and kidneys which will do it all for you. Juicing also removes insoluble fibre; humans can't digest that but it helps us to feel full and also gives our guts something to work on. We are designed to eat it (and many other things of course)

getting to a healthy weight is certainly a good idea, but you don't need to destroy food to do that. Joe Cross lost a lot of weight by eating a lot less, there's no magic to it. He was grossly overweight before the diet so it is not surprising that he has solved a lot of his health problems. (All good of course)

I wish you all the best but please watch out for the 'health gurus' who prey on others. A real medical professional (which Joe Cross is not) may also be able to help.
