Hi everyone this might sound silly but I got to know I came off my implant november last year my periods were on the 18th for the last 4 months being on the implant and the month after coming off it january I was late by 7 days but due to stress with family issues I put it down to that although before I finally came on I had been feeling sick tenter boobs going off food feelin sick when smoking when eatin cheese even smells r makin me feel sick and am gettin a copper taste in my mouth all the time for the second month I am late and still gettin the symptoms but this time with blood I found a small very pale brown thing with what looked like little black dots I dunno what it is as never had it before also the last 2 months I have done a few tst different times of the day n different times of the month I did a blood test before my period at docs that was neg 2 at the same time just after my last period and 1 pos 1 neg so now I dunno if I have had a miscarriage or not help please thanx in advance

Hi casey your post is a bit difficult to follow so apologies if I have got the sequence wrong but if you had a positive test followed by a negative test and accompanied by a late period it sounds like you may have had a chemical pregnancy/very early miscarriage, where an egg is fertilised but something goes wrong early in the implantation process. It's rare to get a false positive test. If this was the case it's not unusual to then have a strange cycle the following month, plus there may well be some adjustment still happening from coming off the implant.
If you are TTC it's probably worthwhile trying to track ovulation whilst your cycles are unpredictable. Hope you get your sticky bean v soon.
