Hi there
Just found this board and so relieved. I had a mc last week, my first pregnancy and my heart is just broken. So scared of this happening again yet so desperate for a baby , now even more the ever. Will this get easier?

Glad you found the board.

The only advice I can give you is be kind to yourself, take your time grieving because you ARE grieving.

And also please take heart in the fact that if you decide to try again, you have a very good chance of having a successful pregnancy, you aren't more likely to have another MC just because you've had one.

Keep taking your folic acid, and if you decide to try again then please make sure you take a pregnancy test and its negative. The hormones can take a while to leave your body and I've seen it too many times, the distress of ladies when they start again immediately, test and think they are pregnant again when actually the cruel reality is that it's just hormones.
