Ongoing cramping - normal?

Hi all,

Miscarried on Saturday night/sun morning at 11 weeks, baby was approx 5-6. Didn't have a choice but to let it happen as midwife couldn't be sure on dates so no assistance offered.

First pregnancy :( Awful awful night, I don't think we need the details. However, I'm still getting bad aching pains and clots/tissue and have absolutely no idea if this is normal? Scan to check it's all clear isn't until Saturday which seems an age at the moment!

Sorry to hear what you're going through. Do you have the contact details for your EPU / GAU? They would be very happy to advise you I'm sure and offer to see you if you are worried, give them a call. It may be that not everything has passed if things are not settling down, but as I say, give them a call. That's what they're there for.
Hope you're not too uncomfortable.
