MC'd 2.5 weeks ago - now having slight pain

I had a scan at 12.5 weeks after I started bleeding. The scan showed that the baby stopped growing at 9 weeks.
After some pain I lost everything there in the EPU. I was scanned before I left and it showed everything was gone.

Now I'm 2.5 weeks down the line. Bleeding stopped last week and a test was negative. Today I have stabbing pain in my abdomen. It feels like the same spot I had the pain in when I was at the EPU.

Is this anything to worry about? Should I contact the EPU?

Could you be ovulating? Are you ttc? I fell pregnant 2.5 weeks after my first mc as I just started a regular cycle from the day of the mc.

I think it might be ovulation as I had ewcm this morning. I don't usually get pain with it though. I guess it's not happened for a while so it might be getting itself back in order.
Not ttcing really as I can't conceive naturally due to blocked tubes. This was IVF.
