5w post mc and abdo pain

So I'm 5 weeks and 3 days post miscarriage and still have hcg in my system but today have lower abdo pain! Scan showed no retained products so Im confused .... Can I get my AF if HCG still raised

Are you being monitored mrsf ? It is sometimes coming from tiny retained fragments too small to see on a scan, but they ought to be checking the level is falling. The concern if it's not dropping is molar pregnancy. I don't know how far hcg has to fall to 'allow' AF to happen, but that should flush out any remaining fragments.
Hope it settles soon, it must be making it harder to move forward.

They done my bloods last week and are doing more tomorrow so hopefully I will have an answer by Friday!! Really struggling with it as we just want to get on and try again!!
