i had a 6 week miscarriage a few months ago. a few hours before the bleeding started i went on a very bumpy land train with my ds. it seems a coincidence. my dr said this would not have caused it but i cant get it out of my head. i am 39 and i feel this was my last chance.

Not your fault. I've had 4 mc and with my last one, I painted a window sill and was worried the paint fumes might have caused my mc. In time you will realise that nothing you did caused your mc. I'm sorry for your loss xx

I'm so sorry you lost your baby milkyman. There is no way that a bumpy land train could have caused your miscarriage. The vast majority of early miscarriages are caused by chromosomal abnormalities in the baby. It's so hard and it's tempting to look for answers to make sense of things, but often there are no answers. Please don't blame yourself Flowers
