Hi, I had a mmc at 12 weeks about 5 weeks ago now. The dr told me I had tested positive for GBS after routine testing for infections after my mc. (I also tested positive for GBS prior to giving birth to my son previously, and have since realised I should have been given antibiotics during labour but wasn't, another issue which I intend to complain about, but luckily my son is healthy and fine.) Anyway, when my dr mentioned this she said the only concern is if I get pregnant again my midwife needs to know straight away that I have it. I'm now wondering if this could have caused my mc or if it could cause me to miscarry my next pregnancy. From what I've read it seems extremely rare to cause mc but I just wondered if anyone else had experience of GBS? Thanks in advance xxx
