Partial molar pregnancy

Hi

I have recently found out I am 4weeks 4days pregnant but am so scared as back in 2011 I had a partial molar pregnancy was 7weeks 6days. I've got my 12week scan through for 8.12.14 but I've not got a scan before hand. Does anyone know if I'll get another before 12weeks just to make sure things are progressing normally.

You can get a private scan at 6-7 weeks to check viability. It puts your mind to rest.

I had a complete molar pregnancy last year and now pregnant again, I have already had 2 scans and due another in 2 weeks and will have my 12 week scan 2 weeks after that. Speak to your Dr or contact your epu directly And they should scan you earlier than 12 weeks

Thank u for your comments I've called my gp got an appointment at 12 tomorrow. He said I should have a few before my 12week scan.
