I had a miscarriage back in June of this year at 12 weeks, I'm now 9 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding on and off since Tuesday afternoon.
I've had no pain at all or clots just period like bleeding, I have a scan Monday to see what's going on but it can't be good news can it? Sad

I'm really sorry for your loss in June. My experiences of bleeding in pregnancy haven't been good, but its always been accompanied by cramps and clots. Whenever I googled I always got lots of positive stories of bleeding without clots and cramps that ended up being fine, and I very very much hope this is the case for you. For what it's worth I'd be inclined to hope for the best but be prepared for the worst. What are your plans for the weekend? Are you able to just give your self lots of TLC? Have you got rl support?

Tuesday till Monday is such a long time to make you wait. I know its not terribly helpful of me pointing this out but just empathising.

No pain or clots doesn't mean game over. I think you should prepare for the worst but it's not a foregone conclusion.
Good luck. I'm rooting for you

I had (brown blood) bleeding for several weeks at 6-9 weeks on and off. All ended well. I hope it can be the same for you

Thank you for responses, I'm staying with my dm for the night so the dc will be happy and entertained and I can really just relax and try not too worry!
I'm still hoping for good news but also trying to prepare myself for the worst.

Well I had my scan yesterday and it wasn't good news, I'm still not sure how to process the news Sad I have to give blood tomorrow and had bloods taken yesterday as well I know it's too check hcg levels but I'm not sure why! I read something on drs note that said they can't rule out an etopic pregnancy but I wasn't actually told anything Confused

Oh hound. I'm really sorry to hear your news. During my last miscarriage when they scanned me they couldn't see anything in my uterus so did repeated blood tests to check hgc was falling appropriately. If it fell it indicated a complete miscarriage whereas if it didn't they would've been worried about ectopic. Perhaps this is also the case for you?

Are you able to phone your EPU (or potentially the miscarriage association) and get clarification on some of the details you're hazy on. It's too much to ask shocked and traumatised people to take on board all this info immediately.

Thinking of you at this horrible time. Flowers.
