I have miscarried tonight ?? never been through this before. I found out i was pregnant last saturday felt fine, then thursday bad stomach cramps and light blood in discharge. Went fir a scan they couldnt find anything just said i may be to early to see anything worked out was 5wks 4days. I knew something was wrong my stomach hurt so bad and ended up not being able to drive. Today heavy bleeding then a clot which i looked at for some reason and it looked like a tiny baby with blood sack is this normal for a miscarriage? Do i need to do anything now? I have never had this before and have two healthy children so really confused to why this has happened. Thanks
