Very early miscarriage

This time yesterday I was pregnant, but now I'm not.
I don't know what to do with myself.
Feel like I am in a daze.

Oh I'm so sorry for you. I was in your position about 7 weeks ago, in fact I remember saying those same words.
Don't push yourself to do anything, the numbness will ease and the best advice I can give is to just go along with your emotions when that happens. I'm certain the reason I've been able to move forward was the support of my husband and the freedom to cry when I needed to bit not feel guilty when I was laughing

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's just so inexplicably sad and I really feel for you as have sadly been in the same position twice myself.
It's heartbreaking and it's unfair and nothing anyone says makes any difference to the sadness. But you're not alone. Be kind to yourself and there's always virtual hand holding here to help you though.
