think I'm miscarrying, is it worth going to EPU?

I am fairly sure I am miscarrying, am around 7w pregnant with a few days of brown mucous blood & now redder blood… basically how my period starts. I hadn't booked in with the midwives yet as I had a superstitious feeling about this pregnancy (my third, I have two children), is it worth going to the EPU or just adopt a wait & see approach?

You do need to go at some point. If you are having a mc you need to check that it completes. I'd rest a lot incase this is just a bleed.
