Monthly reminder

Hi, I had a miscarriage 2 months ago, I was 12 weeks. I've had 2 periods since and both have just been a reminder about what I went through. Am I gonna go through this every month? So worried its gonna take ages to conceive again. Not sure I'm coping very well, can anyone relate?

So sorry this has happened to you. Same happened to my daughter and she was v v sad until she got pregnant again, two years later. She now has a lovely little boy but it's an awful thing to go through and you prob need some counselling to get you through. Hopefully someone will be along who has more recent experience. Best of luck.

Sorry for your loss I'm currently on day 6 of a MMC at 7+3 I feel your heartbreak I really do!
Every time I go to the loo it's just a constant reminder of what I have lost I really think in time we will both get better it's still very raw for you!

Hi MrsG first AF is always a real kick in the teeth for me. After that it's more of a disappointment every month not to be pregnant. You might find it helpful to join the TTC after MC threads over on the conception board. Hope you get your BFP and a healthy pregnancy soon.

I know exactly how you feel MrsG, I got my BFP after TTC for over a year, we were devastated when it ended in a MMC. Now I am waiting for my second AF to arrive, I am currently on CD46, I do not think I ovulated this month and have a BFN. Every month is a constant reminder of what could have been. I'm not coping very well, I don't think I can do this again last time took us such a long time I just want to be pregnant again.

I've just posted MrsG as I'm still waiting for my first period after my mmc on 11th May - we found out at our first scan at 9 weeks exactly on Easter Sunday that our baby had died and had it confirmed at my 10 weeks scan that our little one had died at 6w4d and I had to wait until 12 weeks exactly to finally miscarry which was terrible to say the least.

I can totally relate as I'm also worried, like you, that it may take a while to conceive again…

So sorry for those of us this has happened to & like Virgo9 and everyone who has been through this that our time will come soon…
