So we're on holiday next week and thinking we might go to wales. Only about 4 hours on the train.
I'm just wondering if ill be well enough.

Can anyone share their experiences?
Had a scan today to check all was ok and the tissue is all gone just some blood and clots left to come. Still in pain today but by Monday would I be ok to go?

You should be ok. Possibly a bit weak and listless.

I'm sorry for your loss.

I bled for about a fortnight in total, but was only in pain for the first few days. I hover on the borderline of anaemia normally and did feel particularly crap for a while after my mc so I think the blood loss tipped me over the edge there. So I wouldn't set yourselves a strenuous agenda, but getting away for a while sounds lovely.

Thank you :) I'm still in a fair bit of pain at the moment but really hoping it will calm down by Monday.
I know I'll still be bleeding and raw emotionally but I think we need some time together away from everything.

So sorry for your loss. Physically, you should be OK - keep an eye on your bleeding, it should not get really heavy. Don't skimp on the pain killers.
Take it easy, be kind to yourself.

Thank you.
It's not heavier than a normal period at the moment. I'll keep an eye on it.

It sounds like getting away from it all would do you a lot of good right now x

First of all I'm so sorry for your loss! I I know how you must be feeling but when I had my mc at 13wks last July I bled for about 3 weeks and on and off for a further 6 weeks! The pain had pretty much gone after the clots had passed and my partner and I decided to go on a 4 day caravan holiday....
Honestly it was the best decision ever not only did it help come to terms it also made as closer as a couple!
Even if you feel a bit fragile I would still go if I were you! Smile

Thank you ladies.
We really want to go. We can't go where we were planning though due to train issues so got to work out a different plan!
We will definitely do something though.
