awaiting af after miscarriage.

I had a missed miscarriage early march at 10 weeks baby was dated at 6 ,1 very hard to brlive as I'd had an early scan for pains in my side dating me at 6'3, I started bleeding on the 6th march sadly lost on the 16th stopped bleeding on the 23rd. Were do I count from to start to track my ovulation? I've done a pregnacy test which came out negative , guesding there no way i could be now ,I did have a clear sticky discharge a few dsys ago tmi sorry. Could this have been me ovulating, its so confusing! Just feel lost

That first cycle is not-so-affectionately referred to as a WTF (what the f*) cycle because it's v hard to predict. Average length is 5-6 weeks, since in most cases your normal cycle kicks back in once HCG falls to zero, but the doctors don't consider it unusual until it gets to 10-12 weeks without AF appearing. The discharge could well have been ovulation, if you don't get AF 2 weeks or so later I'd do a test if you haven't been using any contraception. It's not unusual to have an anovulatory cycle either, though. Once you get AF you can count from CD1 with more confidence. If you do fall pregnant immediately postMC it can cause some confusion with dating since you can't use the MC as a LMP date, but it's not a big problem.

I'm in the middle of the WTF cycle - MC (7/40) around beginning of March few spots about a week ago, otherwise nothing. I have no idea where I am, POAS, BFN last week. Just waiting now
