Confused after miscarriage

So started bleeding with miscarriage on 15th feb. Took a pregnancy test today as advised by the doctor and it's negative. The ovulation stick is positive but I'm still bleeding? Any idea what's going on? The doctor told me to go back in if the pregnancy test was positive or if I was heavily bleeding after 2 weeks. It's almost 2 weeks and I'm still bleeding but not heavily. Does this sound normal ? Thanks

Sorry you've had an MC.

I've had two MC's but both dealt with by surgical management. After both of those I was advised that bleeding would typically last about 10 days (but that there's wide variations). It sounds like your bleeding's getting lighter so sounds normal to me.

Hi forester thanks for your reply. I really didn't want to have to go back to hospital so I won't go in as the bleeding is lighter. Thanks again
