So, we've decided to start trying again as soon as we can. I'm only experiencing light bleeding (op was on Friday). When do I start counting CD1?

When I miscarried I waited until the bleeding had stopped and I'd had a separate period before trying again.

Doctor....I counted cd1 as first day of mc bleeding. I kept using opk's until I got a positive and went from there. Also my period came 28 days after mc started but for some people it takes some time to return. Good luck to you

I didn't count cycle days for first month as I'd heard about people's AF taking ages to come back. First cycle we just DTD when we felt like it, although it was roughly a month from ERPC to AF so could probably have tracked it... Second cycle I got pregnant. Good luck!
