Ov Pains after MC

I had a MMC at 12.4 where the baby had died at 9 weeks.

My first AF took 5 weeks to return (normally 28 day cycle), 2 weeks in I had mild aches in both sides which i thought was OV pain but i don't think i actually OV'd until a week after these pains where i had a little EWCM.

This month during my fertile time (now) i have been having aches which move from side to side and feel like OV pain but like is is trying but can't quite succeed iykwim?

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this? i don't do temping or opks as I had only been trying for a month before i got the bfp and tbh i would forget and not get the right reading etc, any advice appreciated? xxx

Sorry that you've suffered a MMC. Not sure I can be much help as I've never noticed any OV pains either before or after my MMC's. But I do think that any pregnancy can disrupt your normal cycle as so things can be bit different post MC.

Hi. I had lots of unusual pain/aches around ovulation for the first three cycles after my MC. They lasted about a week which I hasn't had before. They have settled down which may be time or may be the acupuncture I started. I only just feel that my cycle is normal now after 5 months (despite being regular 28 days). I'm really sorry you have been through a MC too and hope everything settles down soon.
