Saying goodbye

Dear everyone just thought I'd share a link that I found that might help others like it did me....www.sayinggoodbye.org. Do especially check out the short film of spoken word that is powerful and the story of the director of this charity on the website. There is a goodbye service set up by this chairity in York Minster today around lunchtime. I'm checking the website regularly for the London one that is coming up. For now we have decided to name our baby Daisy and to go to a beautiful high place near here to let off a balloon to say goodbye once we have had our second scan on Monday to check the miscarriage has been completed. I have also ordered a delicate daisy necklace so that Daisy will never be forgotten. Each baby has value however small or young. Feeling very sad but holding on...

Daisy is a beautiful name, Luisa. And the necklace is a lovely way of keeping her close. I was thinking of getting a simple band to wear on my finger to mark this huge chapter in my life.

Thank you for the link. I would want to go if there was a London one, will keep looking too xx
