Am I able to go swimming? Hubby and I are off on holiday on 10th June, so 18 days post ERPC. Where were staying is a salt water swimming pool if that makes a difference to a chlorinated one.

Also curious when we are able to BD again? Though technically not going to be BD'ing as we will be using condoms as I don't want to get pregnant again yet as a bit scared/ not emotionally ready.

Already had a post ERPC infection so don't want to make things worse.

When you've stopped bleeding (for both sex and swimming) as then your cervix should have completely closed so no further risk of infection. Have a lovely holiday!

Fab thanks Bakingtins. I've read/heard so much conflicting information it's hard not to know what to believe sometimes x
