Painless mc at 6.5 weeks?

Is this possible? I have had heavy bleeding for a couple of days (lighter bleeding and spotting before that). I seem to have passed the sac. No pain or cramping at all, just blood.

I am confused, as I have had two mc previously. The second one was also between 6 and 7 weeks but was prolonged and really quite painful, especially on the day of passing the sac.

Have I been 'lucky', or is there more to come? Could it indicate a problem, even?

I didnt get much pain at 6.5 weeks. Some cramps but nothing worse than a period.

Thanks morethan. I'm sorry you had four. Mine's still painless, and the bleeding even seems to be easing off now.
