just had my period after miscarriage

hi ladies
i miscarried last monthand ha dto have a d + c.

my period started on saturday and we want to start trying asap. we are going on holiday on 3rd may to cuba so u never know!

i know everyine is different but can anyone tell me how long it took them to concieve aftr miscarriage!

I miscarried at the beginning of november 2004, I had a 'normal' period again at the end of november and conceived on the 7th december. My ds is now nearly 8 months.

So it can happen straight away. Although I have also had previous m/c before and obviously didn't conceive after. But in the end it all worked out.

I had a d & c in the September and was pregnant in November.

I had a d&C in nov '01 and got pg in December '01 - hth

Had m/c beginning of December. 1st period was beginning of January and I had a BFP at the beginning of February.

Had m/c and d&c May 02, pregnant again July 02. It can happen quickly. Hope you have a really great holiday whatever happens

I miscarried at the start of March and just found out that I'm pg again yesterday (fingers crossed). I didn't wait for my period...

Had an early m/c in March '04 and then another in May. Got pregnant again in July - had dd 9 months later. Good luck!

I miscarried 13th March 2004 (can remember exact date like it was yesturday) If hospital got my dates right, I got pregnant again (not planned though) just over a week later! My DS is now 15mths & I'm expecting my 2nd in July. My advice would be not to get disheartened if it doesn't happen straight away, give yourself time & it'll happen. Firstly, sorry to hear about your mc. For us it took four months to become pg again following an early mc. Like you've said everyone is diff so as easy as it is to say don't worry or put yourself under too much preasure. Hope it all works out for you very soon. Have a lovely holiday x
