First period question

I miscarried at 12 weeks at the beginning of November. I came on last Friday and it was heavy but not too traumatic apart from that. Then it had stopped by Wednesday (get in!) but I've got up this morning and it's started again.
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be concerned?

In my experience cycles have been a bit odd for the first couple of months post MC. If you feel ok otherwise I wouldn't worry.
