CBFM peak one week after d&c

Just wondering if anyone has any experience or info that could help.

Had a mmc and went in for a d&c last Monday. DH and I are keen to start trying again ASAP so I've been using the cbfm again with day 1 as the day I went in for a d&c.

Have been having low readings then all of a sudden it went straight to peak today. I didn't think this would be possible!

Has anyone else experienced this? Do we start trying again from tonight? Haven't even done a pregnancy test to see if it comes up as negative yet.

I've fallen out with my CBFM as it hasn't been detecting ov for me recently. Used it when TTC before with no probs. It did say I was ov'ing when I was pregnant though, it detects HCG and thinks it's LH. Do you have a pregnancy test you can do? If that is still positive then I'd assume the machine is confused, if it's negative then maybe you are ov'ing. First cycle after a MC is usually longer than usual though, not shorter.

Thanks, will have to go get a test to take tomorrow. It's just confusing as why have lows for several days, you'd think if would have been high/peak from the start if it's detecting the hcg levels.

No harm in acting on the peak reading if you feel up to it

Lol at the moment it's the last thing I feel like doing. Did test this morning and it's still coming up positive so looks like i've another while to wait until we start trying again. Thanks for your help, this whole ttc malarkey hurts my head!
