First period after miscarrage :/

I miscarred on the 24th of july ( 6 weeks ) and came on a period yesterday morrning I woke up with a really nad pain around my back and womb area couldnt move had to get my oh to help me to get to the toilet and there was a clot the size of my fist sorry TMI could it have been anothere miscarrage? we started trying again straight away after and I had alot of pregnancy symptoms any advice would be nice

Sorry to hear you've been going through this rosie.
I don't know if it was a period or miscarriage but I'll tell you my experience, I had a MC in March, waited for one AF and tried again, got pregnant but miscarried at 6 weeks, didn't wait to ttc this time and got pregnant again. This time I was charting my temperature so I know for sure that I ovulated 14 days from the first day of the miscarriage bleeding . Unfortunately I have now just miscarried again but I'm 44 so age may be a factor for me.
So it could be possible you conceived, I would definitely contact your GP/EPU mon morning. When I miscarried at 6 weeks by the time I was scanned the miscarriage was complete and the pregnancy gone but they still checked my blood HCG levels. Even if it was a MC hopefully it wont happen again for you, but because no investigation would be done until after 3 MC it would be good to have this registered anyway.
The other thing is, was your last MC definitely complete? If not and if this is related to it you would definitely need some medical attention.

sorry about all your losses, the doctor I saw was useless he done a bloodtest rung me a few days later told me that my hgc levels were low and it looked asif I jad miscarred I never had a second blood test or scan so I dont know if it was complete I will go doctors thanks for the sugestion I dont know what to say?
