Wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. Been feeling awful past few wks, like early preg symptoms but never actually tested as I thought I couldnt be pregnant.
Felt like absolute crap since Tuesday, diarrhoea constant for at least 24hrs, then nauseous for a day, followed by a day of just generally feeling crap, AF was due a few days ago but I thought it had come this morn but not so sure anymore.
Had brown spotting followed by heavy red blood then about an hour ago I passed a massive clot type thing. My AF symptoms are really bad compared to normal, very sore cramps like pulling and tugging very low down, heavy legs and randomly a sore right shoulder at the back and front.
If I was pregnant I can't have been more than 5-6 wks, could a MC be like this so early or is it just a bad AF I'm wondering.
