Am I having a misscarriage

Hey everyone I'm ,early 10 weeks pregnant and I'm having a slight brown discharge, it started last night, there was a blood clot and it follwed by brown gooey discharge, I'm realy panicky and I havnt spoke to my doctor yet, I'm ment to be having my first scan next friday and I'm just wondering if anyones been threw this and had a misscarriage?, thanks mail me x

You need to speak to your doctor or midwife. they will put you in touch with EPU and arrange a scan.

i had this twice. the 1sr time MW said it was common and old menstrual blood, following this there was fresher spotting but no pain, turned out to be mmc.

the 2nd time was the same and resulted in now 4yr old dd :) dont worry (hard i know) but do get it checked.

if your MW doesnt send you to epu, you can ring them direct. You dont have to put up with a laid back MW if you are worried.
