Hi all, just wondered if anyone with experience could help me? I am 9 weeks pregnant and have been having mild cramping in my lower tummy, its always mild , never strong or sharp and kinda feels like a pressure/stretching pain (almost like a torn muscle could feel???) I just wondered if thats normal?? I had a mmc in Feb so am really anxious....had a early scan a few weeks back which was all good but just waiting for my next scan now (20th June) Thanks xx

Pains are normal as everything is moving and growing and stretching. I think pains without blood are fine, if you have any bleeding I would go and see your gp/epau.

It's so difficult when you have had a mc before and every pain and twinge is magnified but also if you have seen a heartbeat then the chances of mc go down dramatically.

I really hope everything is ok, good luck!

Yes I'd agree the most changes you feel are first trimester, I got alot of lower back pain and aches (mild) and it is all your muscles and things moving, hips widening etc aparently the chance of a healthy pregnancy goes up to 90% after a healthy heartbeat has been seen so fingers crossed for you, let us know how your scan goes but remember you will get lots of aches and pains so try not to think the worst however hard it is

aches and pains are normal, there is probably no need to worry if there is no bleeding. However, I've been where you are, why not contact your EPU and try for an extra scan? Or can you pay to go privately? My EPU saw me same day when I was worried.
