Hiya all well as of the first week after my period i had sharp pulling stabbing pains in my lower right side... similair to the scar tissue i had attached to my appendix following a laproscopy ... in sept i had my gallbladder removed and my appendix and the adhesion cut down...
well this pain continues plus a postive preganancy test im due on today.. it is clear and strong...
i have tender breasts and craving food constantly..
but i have lower abdo pain that feels like pressure in my abdo and rectum area almost constantly and this has been present for over a week and half :(
Is this ectopic? ill be 4 weeks today :( im so confused... or do you think its scar tissue this early on.. desperate for positve outcome... have scan booked next thurs morning ... feels like lifetime away

fyi No bleeding as yet,

4 weeks is a bit early for ectopic symptoms, but not impossible, they seem to vary a lot, I had lots of stabbing pain in one spot with this one and also bleeding so had a scan and it's all fine

good luck for thurs, no bleeding and the very early pain sounds promising

however they might not see much and send you away for a week or so, 4 weeks is v early for even an early scan, you can ask for bloods to be taken every two days as that can be an indicator of whether its an ectopic or not

If your in pain I would def suggest you try get to a EPU in your local hospital if possible!!!!! I'm sure it's fine but just to put your mind and rest and not jump at every pain or cramp!!! They are usual as body adjusts!
Please keep posted! I have all crossed all will be well x
