HELP IM LOST!!!!!

Hi im about 5 weeks and i started bleeding light about 3 days ago pains and tighting in my lower stomach so i went to the ER and had a scan they say im pregnant bt gave me some paper work on threatened miscarriage and tylenol codeine bt didnt say to much of anything else im kinda lost as to whats going on..

I'm so sorry that you are going through this :( not sure why hospital hasn't explained what's going on but I guess they maybe trying to prepare you for the worse :( fingers x'd everything is ok. Hugs xx
