Naming a star after MC baby?

I Had a scan to confirm MC yesterday.
Me and my husband are completely gutted and want to do something to acknowledge the 'baby' even though it was early on.
I've thought of maybe planting a tree but will possibly be moving in the near future so may not be a good option.
I suggested maybe naming a star? Would this be naff/silly? If we were to do this what would we name the star?

Has anybody done anything similar?

Sorry for your loss. It can be very hard. Do whatever you feel right. No one has any right to judge your way of remembering.

It sounds nice to me. We planted a rose bush last week to remember the baby we lost 2 weeks ago. I can't bear to look at it yet, but I'm hoping it will bring me comfort in the future. Dp talks to it.

Quite like the rose bush idea. In just worried about digging it up when we move incase we kill it :(

You could always get a nice pot to put it in. We had one that lasted years in a big pot before we finally moved into our own house and had space to plant it in the ground.
